2007 was a great year for cocktails in Glasgow! Blue Dog was a recent finalist of Scottish Spirits Bar of the Year as well as Scottish Classic Bar of the Year finalist in the Theme magazine awards... So it's official Blue Dog is Glasgow's best late night bar!

Blue Dog is a relaxed and welcoming late night cocktail bar, with an emphasis on Jazz, Soul and Funk music. Service is friendly, sociable and attentive with a sound knowledge of our extensive drinks range. We pride ourselves on our cocktail list, particularly our own creations using quality, unique ingredients. However, this is just a taster of what we can make for you; if there is something else you would like just ask!

Blue Dog is also available for private functions, or perhaps you would just like to reserve a table for you and your friends to sit back and enjoy. Whatever your query, we will try our best to accommodate your request. We can also organise entertainment and provide buffets.

Live music is very much at the heart of Blue Dog with our baby grand piano serving as the focal point of the bar. We have a variety of acts including mellow pianists, soulful vocalists, lively jazz bands and funky DJs. So you can sit back or get up and do your thing!
